Investigación

CITIAPS realiza investigación en diversas áreas de ciencia de la computación y del comportamiento humano en la aplicación de tecnologías de la información en áreas relevantes para el país y Latinoamérica. Esto ofrece oportunidades para el desarrollo de tesis de pregrado y posgrado con impacto en el bienestar de la sociedad. La mayoría de las publicaciones mencionadas más abajo han sido escritas en conjunto con estudiantes tesistas. Las líneas de trabajo que han sido abordadas desde la creación de CITIAPS son las siguientes: Estás temáticas constituyen áreas activas de investigación mundial debido a la ubicuidad de sistemas generadores de datos tales como los teléfonos móviles inteligentes y la necesidad de realizar ciencia de datos sobre grandes volúmenes de datos para mejorar las experiencias de usuarios de productos de software.

Para financiar la colaboración con otros grupos de investigación, especialmente movilidad de estudiantes tesistas, el CITIAPS ha obtenido el siguiente financiamiento para creación de redes de colaboración en investigación:
